Enrollment in the Hello Darling™ Internship Program includes an internship trip to your region of focus, where you’ll learn, earn, and experience the destination firsthand. GLG Specialists aren’t just trained travel agents—they’re our live “news anchors” for their assigned regions. They stay on top of cultural events, weather shifts, embassy alerts, visa changes, and travel trends. They advise travelers on the best seasons to visit, packing tips, currency exchange, and local customs. They host pre-departure sessions rich with cultural insights, must-know phrases, and destination guides. They also collaborate with our global partners—bringing in guest speakers, suppliers, and experts—and help build educational content for our next wave of Darlings, GoGirls, and global baddies.  And because they’re part of the GLG Dream Team, specialists unlock exclusive bonus opportunities based on their growth—whether that’s trip sales, client impact, content creation, or regional engagement.
