WHEELS UP WALLET™

The Girl Let's Go Wheels Up Wallet™ is not a flight—it’s your personal flight funding stash.

At Girl Let’s Go, we understand that airfare can feel like the most overwhelming part of planning a trip. That’s why we created Wheels Up Wallet™, a flexible savings option designed to help you prepare for flights—without the pressure or last-minute panic. This program was created for travelers who want to plan intentionally, reduce last-minute surprises, and stay ready for takeoff. It’s optional—but when used wisely, it’s one of the smartest travel tools in your bag.

What is the Wheels Up Wallet™?

The Wheels Up Wallet™ is not a flight—it is a dedicated savings program created to help you prepare in advance for your airfare without scrambling when tickets become available. By participating, you are choosing to invest toward your flight costs over time, giving yourself the opportunity to spread out expenses while we track and research the best options on your behalf.

Airlines typically release schedules and pricing approximately 11 months prior to departure, which means flight information for many of our trips is not available at the time of registration. The Wheels Up Wallet™ bridges that gap by providing a structured and flexible way to prepare, while still leaving room for support and strategy when flights do become available. The Wallet is optional—but highly encouraged for travelers who want Girl Let’s Go to assist with their flights as part of a supported travel experience.

Here’s how it works:

  • You contribute to your Wallet over time

  • When it’s time to book, we track the best options and use your Wallet funds to secure your flights—group or individual

  • If your Wallet doesn’t cover the full cost of your airfare, you’ll simply be invoiced for the difference before your ticket can be issued.

  • If you choose to book flights on your own, your Wallet funds will be applied to your remaining trip balance

  • By participating in the program, you authorize Girl Let’s Go to apply your funds toward flight purchases at the time we determine is optimal—no additional approval will be requested at the time of booking.

  • If you plan to file a travel insurance claim for cancellation or interruption, your policy should include the full value of your Wallet contributions. Without coverage, all funds remain committed to the flight program, which directly impacts group rates and confirmed bookings.

Flight support offered in two ways:

  • Group Flights (based on demand from common departure cities)

  • Individual Flights (from your airport or a nearby major hub)

  • We also coordinate interconnecting flights for trips that start in one destination and end in another.
