Girl Let's Go University™
"Earn & Learn"
GLG University™ is a self-paced online program designed to fit real life, allowing Darlings to complete coursework on their own schedule while growing alongside the community. Built as a three-phase system, the experience moves from theoretical instruction to practical application and eventually hands-on experience in destination. While the coursework is self-paced, new Darlings remain in trainee status for 90 days, with the first 30 days paired alongside a partner for support, confidence, and co-learning. We believe in progress over perfection, so while you're learning the systems, you're also learning the culture. For enrichment, accountability, and community, we gather live every Tuesday for Hello Darling Training and every Thursday at 8 PM EST for Assembly. Around here, you can earn and learn—but nobody learns alone. 💜

Business Activation & Readiness Plan
Course enrollment and business activation are two separate actions. Once enrolled, you'll be invited to solidify your business relationship with Girl Let's Go through a monthly, quarterly, or annual Business Activation & Readiness Plan. Activation provides the visibility, access, and support needed to participate, serve, and grow within the community. For InternTRIP™ participants, things are a little different. Your course enrollment, 18-month business partnership, and destination internship credit are already included in your package, allowing you to focus less on setup and more on the experience. Simply put: Enrollment teaches you the culture. Activation solidifies the relationship. Together, they prepare you to earn, learn, and help trips come true. 💜
