How Are Cabins Priced?
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY CABINS
Our group inventory and advertised pricing is for DOUBLE OCCUPANCY CABINS; meaning two people occupy the cabin. The price displayed below shows the PER PERSON rate for each cabin. Example: If the cost of the cabin is $1,000.00, the price displayed below is $500 per person.
SOLO TRAVELERS
You can also occupy this cabin as a solo traveler, however you will pay for the full cost of the cabin. The ONLY discount you will receive as a solo traveler will be the deduction of the taxes and port fees for the second guest which is usually around $200 (less than the advertised price) which will be indicated on your invoice.
Example: ($1,000.00 Cost of Cabin - $200 taxes and port fees = $800)
NEED HELP FINDING A CABIN MATE?
Registered guests have the option to list themselves in the cabin classifieds to pair with another registered guest once they have made settled 50% of their invoice. Girl Let's Go does NOT assist, vet or guarantee a match, but we do make this service available to our guests. You must have a cabin mate by final payment or you will be billed as a solo traveler. No exceptions.

This trip is open to men, women and children as we will be visiting a Family Friendly Resort. For those traveling with minor children, you may find that some of our group activities are not suitable for your young ones so you may consider alternative plans or kids club enrollment, if available. As always, all Girl Let's Go activities are included in your package but optional for you to attend.

The rule of thumb is: "Plan Early &Pay Less." So, the longer you wait to get registered and start making payments, the less time you have to make comfortable payments. Affirm financing is available for those who qualify, you can use it to pay all, or a portion of your trip off.

Yesterday's Price
Time is of the essence when it comes to booking a trip. What's available today can increase in price or be gone tomorrow. Submitting your full deposit is the only way to guarantee accommodations and ensure the trip is designed with your presence in mind. Upon confirming your registration, if the price has increased more than $50 per person we will continue with your reservation and note the price change on your invoice and the difference will be due at final payment. If the increase is more than $50 we will offer you a refund option good for 72hrs of the emailed notification. Anytime a change is made to an existing reservation, repricing is based on the current rates at the time of the request.

Options available to travelers after 7 days of booking have limited options. The process to get a free quote is simple. Just enter your personal information, trip cost and state and review the options. Girl Let's Got trip reservations are nonrefundable, therefore, if you wish to seek any compensation in the event something jeopardizes your trip...GET TRAVEL INSURANCE.
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
You're definitely going to need a passport for this trip!
With current processing times we suggest you apply for yours as soon as possible. We'll need to have proof of your passport by the final payment date for this trip to avoid reservation cancellation.
If you currently have a passport, you must check to make it does not expire six months beyond travel dates. If your passport expires during this time you will not be permitted to enter the destination(s).
