Agents are required to fulfill their CECs (Continuing Education Credits & Booking Requirements) in order to be "qualified for renewal" each year. To Qualify, agents must acquire 21 points throughout their calendar year. Qualified agents will receive a annual renewal fee waiver and continue on with their monthly retainer. Unqualified agents will be required satisfy the annual renewal fee of $59 which includes their University Refresher Tuition, as they must retake the U Certification.
