Each paying adult must cancel THEMSELVES from a trip. You may not submit a cancellation for another person unless they are your minor child OR you are being invoiced for them (paying for them on your invoice.) A Girl Let's Go agent or Representative reserves the right to officially cancel a traveler from a trip for record keeping purposes if the traveler cancelled by email, text or other media. Agent must maintain copy of the cancellation for documentation purposes.
