CHANGES, CANCELLATION, PRICING, FEES

Credit Card and Debit Card payment information is submitted by the credit card holder to Girl Let’s Go electronically via a secure network with email verification and pin code access gateway. The payment plan form identifies the authorized signer/card holder and receives payment instructions for each installment authorized by the card holder/authorized user, also known as the credit card authorization or credit card authorization form.  The card holder/authorized user must email info@girlletsgo.com 48 business hours prior to the date of any change requested to the payment plan to change or cancel any portion of the payment plan. We are not responsible for any changes or modifications that are made to the reservation that do not follow this policy. Text Message, Social Media Contact and Verbal requests are not an authorized or acceptable means to communicate, initiate, execute or guarantee changes to a payment plan. Card holders receive a confirmation email advising them that the changes or cessation of payment plan have been made. This email is sent to the email address in which the request originated from. Card holders are advised that refunds are only refunded to the original form of payment or retain a credit to be used towards a future purchase which may include redemption terms and conditions may apply from the vendor, supplier, hotel, resort, tour operator or rendering entity. This credit can only be used or redeemed by booking through Girl Let’s Go, LLC. There is no “cooling off” or “buyer’s remorse period” for any bookings made through GirlLetsGo.com or its Agents. Changes to, or cancellation of, any portion of the reservation will be assessed a $50 per adult (age 12 and above) fee, plus any hotel, resort, tour operator or supplier fees up to 100%. If making a change, you will be responsible for the any fees and penalties expressed during registration and on your payment plan plus any increase in cost resulting from the change. Name changes are not allowed at any time on published flights. If you are considered a No Show for any portion of the reservation a 100% penalty will be assessed, and no refund or credit will be issued. If you do not use one of the flights in your reservation the airline will cancel the remaining itinerary. Your credit card will be charged whether you use or do not use the services purchased, including partially used services. GirlLetsGo.com may charge a nonrefundable fee for the service it provides when you purchase, book or reserve travel services or accommodations through the Site or with an agent. Promotional codes hold no cash value. If a promo code is used and changes or cancellation are processed, the discount will be forfeited.

Travel on a Future Credit Voucher must be reserved, and travel completed within one (1) year from the original booking date no exceptions or extensions will be granted. Airline-specific travel credits issued for public flights must be booked with the original carrier, cannot be applied to Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights, and are subject to the carrier's terms and expiration periods. Most airlines allow up to one (1) year to rebook and travel. (Spirit Airlines allows one year for travel, but dates MUST be rebooked within 60 days of original cancellation. Frontier Airlines allows one year for travel from purchase date, but dates MUST be rebooked within 90 days of original cancellation.) Any increase in price for the land or airfare for changes, cancellations, or new travel will be the responsibility of the customer. Future Credit Vouchers must be used for vacation package or land only reservations on GirlLetsGo.com owned and operated websites with GirlLetsGo.com showing in the URL window. Future credits are not allowed on third party websites including but not limited to cruises, WWTE, and auction websites. All reservations are subject to availability and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. When using or redeeming a Future Travel Credit/Future Cruise credit, the voucher may not be used as the deposit for the reservation; the new reservation must be deposited by the traveler(s) first, then the voucher can be applied as a payment on the reservation. Vouchers hold on cash value in the event of a refund or penalty.

PRICE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, SOLO, DOUBLE, TRIPLE, QUAD & QUINT OCCUPANCY BOOKING, ROOM MATING & SERVICES

For the purposes of this section we will use the term “unit” to describe the room, cabin or accommodation. The word reservation, trip or booking may be used interchangeably. The term: “Based on Double Occupancy” as it relates to pricing means, the advertised price is provided with the assumption that two adults will pay for the unit. The term implies that the total cost of the unit has been divided equally and reflects what each guest is responsible for in order to pay off the cost of the entire unit. For example, if a unit is priced at $1000.00 USD and the advertised price is $500.00 USD based on double occupancy, each guest would pay their portion to satisfy the entire balance. With this understanding, in the event that someone on the reservation cancels, fails to pay their portion of the invoice, fails to meet payment plan guidelines, or is forced cancelled from the trip for any reason it is understood that the unit/invoice then becomes the sole responsibility of the remaining roommate. If s/he chooses to fill the vacancy with another roommate, the new traveler will be subject to any/all associated fees which may include but are not limited to cancellation, change or admin fees. No portion of the previous roommate may apply or credit to the new travelers. In instances where occupancy restrictions of a vessel (cruise) or establishment has been met, although a unit may sleep additional guests, the additional occupants may not be added to the reservation as it would violate code enforcements. For whatever the reason may present itself, when a traveler is booked as a single occupant on a reservation, that single (solo traveler) is responsible for the entire invoice. In some circumstances, as reserved rights by the cruise line, resort, hotel, tour operator or provider a single supplement fee may be assessed to the booking to subsidize the supplier’s losses by servicing single occupant guests. Hotel and cruise ship operators claim that charging a single supplement helps them recover the fixed costs of maintaining the room or cabin, such as utilities and cleaning, which stay the same regardless of how many people use the room. Single supplements also help hotels and cruise lines recoup losses incurred because the second occupant is not there to spend money at the hotel or on the ship. This means, should you enter into a booking arrangement or reservation with another person who later backs out of the trip/reservation, fails to pay or is force cancelled from the trip/reservation prior to the final payment being collected you as the solo traveler are obligated to fulfill the total balance of the reservation or your reservation or may be charged a single supplement fee. Failure to satisfy the balance in full by the final payment date will result in being cancelled from the trip. For this reason, we encourage all travelers to communicate regularly with each other about their travel commitment and payment status. When two people are booked on a reservation, either party can request a total payment history for the reservation, remove themselves from the booking or request that someone be removed from the booking which may negatively affect the other traveler, result in cancellation fees or penalties assed to the booking which then/may become the responsibility of the remaining traveler. When one traveler requests the removal of one guest from the booking, each traveler on the booking is notified with instructions to move forward or cancel the reservation as these requests may effect the pricing, terms, conditions, penalties, cancellation fees, change fees, admin fees applicable by the vendor, supplier, tour operators, resort or Girl Let’s Go, LLC which may become the responsibility of or effect each guest on the reservation. For this reason, we discourage travelers from rooming with others who are not their minor children, husband, or wife. When it comes to booking or occupying rooms or cabins that accommodate triple (3), quad (4) or quint (5) occupancy types these room types generally there are increased penalties, liability and fees and may have separate terms and conditions that supersede the general terms and conditions of double occupancy guest or that of group bookings.  For this reason, GirlLetsGo.com may employ a non-refundable booking policy on all triple, quad or quint rooms, cabins or reservations as it deems necessary for each trip or reservation booked. Match-Maker (rooming services) are offered to guests by providing a platform where travelers can see other solo travelers who are in need of or seeking a room mate for their trip. GirlLetsGo.com provides a questionnaire for the purposes of aiding perspective travelers to review and decide at their sole discretion whether or not someone is an eligible candidate to room with them; GirlLetsGo.com plays no part in this decision-making process. The information collected on the Match-Maker or rooming service is strictly voluntarily and users of the service are not required to answer a question or use the service. GirlLetsGo.com does not check the validity of the information provided by travelers on this service and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy thereof. GirlLetsGo.com does not perform background checks or guarantee your safety, the safety of your belongings, information or your experience should you choose to roommate with anyone using the match maker service, otherwise known to you as a stranger. GirlLetsGo.com is not responsible or liable for any discomforts, regrets or grievances in selecting the roommate. Those who choose to become room mates are presented with an option to sign a non-refundable agreement through Girl Let’s Go, LLC which secures any funding applied on the reservation should one or both of the roommates cancel, the other is not left holding the balance of the room.  If users of this service choose to create their own agreements, circumvent Girl Let’s Go agreement or use no agreement they do so at their own risk and liability. The Match Maker (rooming service) is not offered, marketed or presented as a guarantee that travers who book on a trip will be guaranteed a room mate or a perfect match, it simply lists a vacancy and allows interested travelers to secure the vacancy at their own risk. Match-Maker rooming lists are only available to individuals who have paid at least half of their total invoice price on a particular booking.

SPIRIT LEADER (GROUP LEADERS) INCENTIVES

Registered guests on GirlLetsGo.com bookings have the opportunity to earn “complimentary cruise credits” for the actual number of referred guests; who qualify as a referred guest by entering the Spirit/Group Leader’s name in the referral source section at the time of registration and completing their final payment by the final payment date and remaining on the booking until 24hrs of the trip date. No referral credit is given for registrants that do not enter the Spirit Leader/Group Leader’s name in the referral source field during registration. Referral sources cannot be changed, transferred, credited or combined to another person. Becoming a Spirit Leader, Group Leader or Referral Source is not an exclusive opportunity; the ability for any registered guest to invite and earn credit for the referrals of their own social circle is not limited or property of whoever invited them to the trip. However, the maximum referral sources listed on our cruises is 8, all other Spirit/Group Leader referrals must be entered into the other field on our registration form.  Unless otherwise advertised, contracted or agreed for a specific promotion, referrals have no cash value. As it relates to cruises a Spirit or Group Leader needs to have 16 full paying double occupancy guests in order to qualify for a complimentary cruise credit. Full paying guests means they are the first and second priced guest in the cabin and their fare cannot be discounted. Third, fourth and fifth guests in a cabin do not qualify for the complimentary count. Each guest must remain qualified until 24 hours of the trip date. The amount of the complimentary cruise credit cannot be guaranteed prior to 7 days prior to sailing and can be rendered to the Spirit Leader or Group Leader by applying to his or her cabin invoice. If the invoice has been paid in full, the overage caused by the credit may create a refund which will go only fund to the card(s) used to pay on the invoice. This can take 7-10 days to be received by the recipient. Alternatively, GirlLetsGo.com at its sole discretion, may choose to render the complimentary cruise credits as onboard credits to the Spirit/Group Leader. Never can a complimentary cruise credit be represented as a FREE CRUISE as client will always be responsible for their taxes and port fees at a minimum. The amount of the credit is determined by a number of factors to include, but not limited to the size of the group, bookings within the group, taxes, port fees, promotions used within the bookings etc. For this reason, we cannot foresee, claim or guarantee any complimentary credit amount. Additionally, GirlLetsGo.com reserves the right to substitute or supplement cruise credits with tangible and intangible items to include but not limited to future cruise credits, travel vouchers, and values. The thought that a complimentary cruise credit means that your entire cabin is FREE is inaccurate. Credits are extended to (1) individual so “that” individual’s fare may be discounted or credited, but the other guest will be responsible for his/her own full fare. Spirit and Group Leaders are encouraged to pay their cruise payments in accordance with the policies and procedures for all travelers booked within Girl Let’s Go and allow any credit rendered to be an added bonus to their experience rather than basing their experience, booking or ability to pay contingent or receiving a complimentary credit which may be more or less than what they were expecting. Spirit / Group Leaders who fall (3) or more payments (months) behind in payments on their invoice are removed as a spirit leader/ group leader and their referrals are no longer credited. When it comes to hotel/resort credits and complimentaries for Spirit/Group Leaders, each group contract with the hotel/resort may differ based on booking dates, current promotion and availability therefore, the same rules that apply for Spirit / Group Leaders for cruises apply for Hotel/Resort incentives, however the actual number of qualified referrals may differ. Hotel/Resort Spirit Leader incentives guidelines will be detailed per trip offered.

PERKS, AMENITIES, CREDITS AND SPECIAL EVENT OFFERS

Perks, amenities, credits and special event offers are generally extended to groups based on their cumulative size and actual number of travelers who complete their final payment, among several other factors, some of which may be based on the vendor-company relationship with Girl Let’s Go, LLC, its consortia or affiliates therefore these perks and amenities have no cash value or refundability to the client as they are extended to the group as a whole at a discounted or exclusive offer on merits that may have nothing to do with the individual clients. When or if group size requirements or benchmarks are not met, vendors and suppliers have the right to revoke such perks, amenities, credits and or special events which may not decrease the cost/advertised price of the trip. For this reason, Girl Let’s Go may substitute these perks, amenities, credits and special events for equal or lesser value items, credits, vouchers or experiences. The statement perks, amenities, credits and special events rendered are based on actual group size at the time departure and may revoked or replaced at any time is displayed on our website along with the look before you book page link for further detail on this policy.

GirlLetsGo.com reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-payment or payment dispute and withhold any portion of the deposit or cancellation fees that may incur. No changes can be made to a booking after final payment is received. All standard change, revision, and cancellation policies apply after full payment is received. Girl Let’s Go! LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, or discontinue the deposit program or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. GirlLetsGo.com's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov.  By offering the sale of travel to particular international destinations, GirlLetsGo.com does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. A passport valid for a minimum of three (3) months after arrival is required for U.S. citizens traveling to Panama. A passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months is required for U.S. citizens traveling to Nicaragua. Certain countries may deny entry to travelers with even a minor criminal record, and if not a U.S. citizen, entry back into the U.S. Check with the U.S. Embassy and the embassy or consulate of the country being visited to ensure you can travel as planned. GirlLetsGo.com does not accept responsibility if you are denied entry and cancellation penalties apply.

Passed by Congress in 2005, the REAL ID Act established minimum ID security standards and prohibits federal agencies, like TSA, from accepting licenses and identification cards for official purposes from states that do not meet these standards. Passengers with a driver's license issued by a state that is not compliant with the REAL ID ACT (and has not been granted an extension) will need to show an alternative form of acceptable identification for domestic air travel to board their flight. To check whether your state is compliant or has an extension, visit www.dhs.gov/real-id. If your state-issued ID or driver's license is not compliant, visit www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identificationfor alternate forms of acceptable ID.

You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. In some cases, airlines may require the client to show proof that the payment method used to purchase an airline ticket belongs to the traveler on the itinerary. For this reason, we advise all clients to make payments on their trips/flights for themselves and not others. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper documentation necessary to board the aircraft. Girl Let’s Go, LLC assumes no responsibility for denied boarding for passengers who are denied boarding due to a discrepancy with the card holder and traveler.

LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

When you fly to and from your destination the Conditions of Carriage apply, some of which limit or exclude liability. The Conditions of Carriage are available by requesting them in writing from the carrier or by request at the airport. Some airlines do not cover damage to soft-sided luggage. For international travel to which the Montreal Convention applies (including domestic portions of international travel), the airlines' liability is limited to 1,131 SDR (Special Drawing Rights) per customer for checked and unchecked baggage. Special Drawing Rights (SDR) is an international monetary fund unit of currency. SDR's will be converted to U.S. dollars using the rate in effect on the mishandled baggage settlement date. Exchange rates are available online at imf.org. These limits will apply unless an excess valuation is declared at the time of check-in. All lost or damaged luggage must be reported to an airline representative at the destination airport by the passenger before you leave the airport. Checked baggage taken from the terminal building at the destination will be considered to have been received in good condition and no claim for loss or damage will be accepted after baggage has been removed from the terminal. The maximum liability of the ground transportation company in resort for lost or damaged property is $400. Loss or damage must be reported immediately. Girl Let’s Go! LLC does not accept liability for client luggage or personal property.

Your travel agent will be able to confirm the latest flight details at the time you make your reservation, and these will also appear on the booking confirmation we issue when we receive your deposit. Your flight tickets, which we dispatch when your booking is paid in full, or your electronic documents, will contain your flight information. All times are subject to change. It is your responsibility to reconfirm your flight times prior to departing for the airport. Girl Let’s Go! LLC assumes no responsibility for any passengers making independent connections to flights booked through Girl Let’s Go!, LLC. If you find the revised arrangements, we offer unacceptable, you will have the option of cancellation without penalty provided that you notify us within seven days of your receipt of notice of the change (or 24 hours prior to departure date if notified less than seven days prior). In the event of a change, we will substitute comparable services, but in the event of complete cancellation by us or a supplier, our only liability will be to return all monies paid (public charters only) or if landing rights are denied by a foreign government, the flight will be cancelled with a full refund issued in the form of a future credit.

California Residents
If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties, for the third parties' direct marketing purposes, during the preceding calendar year. To request a notice, please submit your request to GirlLetsGo.com Corporation, Attn: California Shine the Light Inquiry, P.O. Box 9350 Minneapolis, MN 55440. Please allow 30 days for a response.
If you are a California resident under 18 years old and a registered user, you can request that we remove content or information that you have posted to our website or other online services. Note that fulfillment of the request may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal (e.g., if the content or information has been reposted by another user). Web Beacons
We may employ a software technology called tracking pixels (a.k.a. Web Beacons) that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Tracking pixels are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, tracking pixels are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may tie the information gathered by tracking pixels to our customers' personally identifiable information.

Social Media Widgets
Our website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.
