I understand it is my responsbility to have my governmet issued ID and ANY legal documents requied to fly intenainally (enter/exit the United States or foreign countries). This includes, but is not limited to: Passports & Visas, if required for my destinations(s).

I understad it is my responsibility to comply with the baggage policies of each of my airline carriers. Any fees incurred for overweight or oversized baggage will be at my expense. Lost or damaged luggage claims should be taken up with the airline or my insurance policy.

I understand I am responsible for meeting all online check-in policies as determined by their airline. Failure to do so will be at my expense.

I understand if I miss any of my flights or my flight is delayed, I must refer to the instructions provided in my travel documents to ensure that the ground transportation team picks me up.

I understand that any errors submitted on this page can result in complete cancellation of my round-trip shuttle service for this trip and getting to and from the airport will be at my expense.

I understand Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include: explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizer, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. Please Note: Spare batteries and fuel cells are not permitted in checked baggage. If your carry-on bag contains these items and is gate checked, spare batteries and fuel cells must be removed and carried in the cabin. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person.
