What If I Need to Cancel...
We understand sometimes things come up, especially since most of our cruises are scheduled 9-14 months in advance.
First thing we encourage you is to ALWAYS get vacation protection, you never know what might happen and its a small fee to a huge peace-of-mind
Second, notify your cabin mate IMMEDIATELY. You cancelling the trip effects them in a major way and me even jeopardize their ability to go. When you cancel they are considered a solo cruiser and responsible for the entire cabin cost which equates to your fare plus theirs!!! Assist them in finding a replacement. A few phone calls or posts on social media can go a long way.

What About the Money I Paid?
$12.50 Registration Fee
The registration fee is non-refundable. However we will give you 30 days to transfer into another cruise we are offering.
* If you transfer into a cruise whose promotional period has ended but is still booking you may be required to pay the full deposit for that cruise to guarantee the cabin.
Payments Made to your Account
Depending on the cancellation policy outlined in your invoice, and your choice of vacation protection you may be entitled to ALL or a PORTION of your money back. In some cases you may be issued a credit by the cruise line or be required to contact the cruise lines vacation protection provider to submit a claim. Refunds can be immediate (taking 3-5 days to credit back to your acct) or can take a few weeks to approve and process when using your vacation protection.
I Purchased an Early Saver Rate
As advised during your initial purchase, Early Saver Rates are sold as non-refundable deposit purchases. As well additional terms, conditions and fees apply when name changes or other modifications occur to your cabin. If you have vacation protection you will be able to submit a claim for any eligible refunds.
I Requested Vacation Protection
As advised during your registration, Vacation Protection is being requested but does not become active until you pay it in full. The order in which we apply your monthly payments is:

First you pay in escrow until you have enough funds to secure your cabin with the full deposit. Once you've paid enough to cover the full deposit we guarantee your cabin by assigning you a cabin number. Then upon your next payments once you have paid enough to cover your Vacation Protection we activate your policy and it becomes active from that date.
